During the last part of 2022 Level 1 was officially poured! This is considered a milestone event, since everything prior to this stage has been below grade work. It's all up from here.
We are preparing for the first elevated deck in early 2023! This formwork work will continue up the building until the last level is poured.
The Concrete placing boom was set in place. This piece of equipment is used for placing concrete rather than having a concrete pump truck on the street, it will be able to reach the whole site as the building goes up in height.
The sequence of installing rebar, formwork, pouring columns and decks will continue up the building over the next several months. You will see a regular cycle of trucks driving on and off site as rebar and concrete are put in place and bringing all this material on site SAFELY!
