We are excited to announce that we have poured our third elevated deck! When you are driving through Shattuck Ave or Berkeley Way, you will be able to see our building grow taller and taller! We are poured out through Level 4!
These activities from installing rebar and formwork to installing columns and decks will continue throughout the next few months. During this period, you will see a regular pattern of trucks driving on and off site to bring materials like rebar and concrete onto the project SAFELY!
After each deck is formed our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Trade partners complete their layout—configuring all the outlets, toilets, and other necessary items on the deck before pouring.
Alongside this, we have been hard at work promoting a safe environment for everyone on-site! We have recently installed our man-lift and temporary stairs that help get everyone from floor to floor efficiently and safely!
